Who we are

NRP Washington, D.C. (“NRP”, “we”) is a non-profit, non-partisan organization representing the Pakistani diaspora in the United States. This policy covers personal information submitted through this website.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us through the forms on this site:

• Your name and email address
• Where you provide it: city and state, organization, role, outlet or deadline
• The inquiry category you select and the message you write

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your inquiry and route it to the person who handles it
• To process membership, partnership and sponsorship applications
• To notify members and registered guests about events they asked about
• To keep an accurate record of the organization’s correspondence

Who can see it

Your information is seen by the NRP officers and committee chairs who need it to answer you. We do not share, sell or rent personal information to third parties. We disclose information only where the law requires it.

Form handling

Forms on this site are processed by our hosting provider’s form service and delivered to NRP by email. Submissions are stored there and in NRP’s correspondence records.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request as a normal part of serving the font files.

How long we keep it

Inquiry correspondence is retained while it is relevant to the organization’s work. Membership, partnership and sponsorship records are retained for as long as the relationship continues and as required for financial and legal accountability.

• Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it
• Ask us to stop contacting you

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Student and youth membership applications for minors should be submitted by a parent or guardian.
